The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) Road Trip is in the home stretch with a stop at Horseshoe Iowa in Council Bluffs from November 14-19.
The series will feature a $200 Opening Night Ambassador Bounty Ring Event, a $400 DeepStack with two opening flights, and a $50,000 guarantee, and a $700 Main Event where players will battle it out for a guarantee of $200,000.
The last time RGPS visited Iowa was in May of this year when Joshua Kopp beat a field of 605 players to win the $700 Main Event for $68,799 from a prize pool of $363,000.
This latest trip to the Hawkeye State is in the final stretch of events in the Road Trip season with only stops at Jamul Casino in San Diego and at Thunder Valley remaining on the schedule. Brian Winter has a strong grip on the overall points lead after winning a handful of rings throughout the season.
