The Venetian Poker Room unveiled a new poker room last summer that showed one of the biggest and most popular poker rooms in Las Vegas wasn’t afraid of reinventing itself. The Venetian is proving so once again as it unveils the Venetian Poker Studio, a state-of-the-art private poker room that will host cash game streams and tournament final tables.
The Venetian Poker Studio, a brightly lit room in the back of the second-floor poker room decorated with LED screens, makes its debut this afternoon with the final table of the MSPT Poker Bowl IX $1,600 Main Event. The event will be streamed by PokerGO beginning at 1 p.m. local time.

PokerNews sat down with Venetian Poker Director Tommy LaRosa to learn more about the new studio. LaRosa talked about getting into the streaming space, reception of the new poker room and getting veteran poker content creator Joey Ingram involved with the studio.
“I’m very happy and excited to support the Venetian,” Ingram told PokerNews. “They are investing in poker at a time when other people aren’t, and I’m excited to see what they do.”
