RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) and its Road Trip tour rolls on to Cleveland with a stop at JACK Casino from November 2-12.
The series will feature a $450 Series Opener ring event with a $100,000 guarantee and three opening flights, as well a $250 Ladies ring event sponsored by Poker League of Nations with a $10,000 guarantee. The series will culminate in the $1,000 Main Event with a $400,000 guarantee with opening flights from Nov. 9-11. Live coverage of the Main Event will be featured right here on PokerNews.
Throughout the Road Trip series, Main Event players will compete for a guaranteed prize pool of $200,000 and a spot in the Dream Seat Invitational at Thunder Valley Resort in November. The winner of the Dream Seat Invitational will be entered into the invitation-only PokerGO Tour Championship in December where they will battle it out with the game’s top players for a $1,000,000 prize pool.
The Rundown
The series will kick off on Thursday, Nov 2 with the opening flight of the $450 Series Opener ring event, but players can win their way in with a $65 satellite that starts at 11:15 a.m. that morning. The satellite guarantees three seats for any one of the three opening flights.
Friday and Saturday feature the second and third flights of the Series Opener and all surviving players will return on Sunday, Nov. 5 for a 11:15 a.m. restart. Later on Sunday, players can jump in the $350 One Day NLH ring event and play for a $30,000 guarantee.
Monday, Nov. 6 kicks off a few side events, including the $300 Seniors ring event with a $25,000 guarantee for those over 50 years of age. Elsewhere on the schedule, the $300 Omaha 8/Hold’em ring event offers a $10,000 guarantee in the afternoon and a $130 Main Event satellite in the evening with three seats guaranteed.
The Poker League of Nations will sponsor the $250 Ladies ring event on Tuesday, Nov. 7 with a $10,000 guarantee before the $250 Ambassador Bounty NLH tournament kicks off at 7:15 p.m. that evening. Special guests will hold bounty envelopes that have prizes from $1,000 cash to gift certificates for RunGood apparel and other prizes.
Wednesday, Nov. 8 offers two flights for the $250 DeepStack Double Header ring event at 11:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. The remaining players will return on Thursday at 12:15 p.m. for the Day 2 restart before the first flight of the $1,000 Main Event kicks off at 3:15 p.m.
Friday’s second flight is preceded by a $230 Main Event satellite that guarantees five seats and Saturday will offer a $230 Main Event Turbo Ironman satellite at 9:15 a.m. before the final flight kicks off at 12:15 p.m.
All surviving Main Event players will return on Sunday at 12:15 p.m. to play down to a winner. Other players will have a shot at the $1,000 PLO Championship ring event at 3:15 p.m. on the final day of the series.
