No matter which casino you visit, you’re sure to be captivated by its beauty. Whether it’s the stunning architecture, iconic landmarks, or unforgettable experiences, these casinos continue to capture visitors’ attention and make their experiences memorable.
So next time you visit one of these iconic spots, don’t forget to snap a picture – you’re not just capturing a moment, but also a piece of casino history.
Methodology:
The data ranks North American casino destinations on how photographed they are based on 4 factors. Once the data for every factor was collected, the factors were then normalised to provide each factor with a score between 0 and 1. If data was not available, a score of 0 was given. The normalised values were then added together, to give each villian a total score. Finally, the destinations were ranked from high to low, based on their total ‘Photography Score’.
The four factors taken into account were:
Instagram hashtag posts – The number of Instagram posts which feature a hashtag relating to the destination, such as #venetianlasvegas #parislasvegas.
Instagram geo-tagged posts – The number Instagram posts which are tagged at the casino destination.
TripAdvisor reviews – The number of TripAdvisor reviews for the casino which include a photograph.
Shutterstock photos – The number of photographs of the casino destination on the stock photo library ‘Shutterstock’.
