The Next Gen Of PokerStars US Ambassadors
As the newest PokerStars ambassadors in the US — joining poker author Maria Konnikova, who resigned as a PokerStars US ambassador last month — Next Gen Poker will create vlogs and social media content at PokerStars live events, including the upcoming NAPT festival at Resorts World in Las Vegas.
“There’s a reason why Next Gen have grown their audience so quickly: they capture the fun and excitement of our game as well as any content creators out there,” PokerStars North America Vice President Steve Preiss said in a press release. “They’ve tapped into what we love about poker and deliver incredible content to an ever-increasing audience. We look forward to letting them do their thing at PokerStars events in North America and around the world.”
Industry professional Tom Wheaton, who manages Next Gen Poker, said the partnership “is set to usher in a new era of poker entertainment, embracing innovation, accessibility, and content engagement.”
“Together, they will amplify the excitement surrounding poker across markets, and reach a variety of audiences in our poker space in unparalleled ways,” said Wheaton.
Next Gen Poker appeared on the PokerNews Podcast in 2022 and talked about vlogging, their poker influences and being introduced to poker through their college fraternity. Watch the interview with Next Gen Poker in the video below.
