Team manager Marko Mitrovic unveiled the U.S. men’s Olympic roster Monday for the 2024 Summer Games in Paris.
Fifteen of the 18 players have earned caps with the senior squad and 17 have played in MLS (10 are active) or developed in MLS academies.
Summer Games rosters are restricted to players under the age of 23, with an allowance for three overage players. The full roster includes four alternates.
Defender Walker Zimmerman of Nashville SC is the squad’s most-capped player with 42 games of experience at the senior international level.
The USMNT is in Group A along with host France, New Zealand and Guinea. The top two teams in each of the four groups advance to the quarterfinals.
The Americans will play France on July 24 in Marseille, New Zealand on July 27 in Marseille and Guinea on July 30 in Saint-Etienne.
