Winner’s Reaction
It’s Dam’s first Triton title in what was only his third Triton cash ever and seems to have enjoyed his trip to Montenegro.
“Honestly, the experience has been amazing,” Dam said. “You really get a better experience here. Everything is just amazing. I feel great
“In bounty tournaments, you have to be quite loose,” Dam said, after picking up seven of the 11 bounties in play. “It’s in your interests to be so. When there are some six or seven big-blind stacks all-ion, you have to be in it. Luckily I won most of them.”

Final Table Action
The final Triton Montenegro tournament saw 41 entries generating a prize pool of $1,230,000. Bounties came into effect with 11 players remaining and it didn’t take long to reach the final table bubble, which also served as the money bubble.
While Brian Rast survived, doubling against Jason Koon, it was Jonas Kronwitter who was sent to the rail by the hands of Dam after the Danish player rivered a straight.
That saw Dam lead the final seven players, which soon became six after the very first hand at the final table. The three-way all-in featuring Stephen Chidwick saw him triple up through Ding Biao and Ronald Keijzer, with the latter eliminated.
Ronald Keijzer: 8♦8♥9♠J♥
Stephen Chidwick: A♠K♠9♥2♥
Ding Biao: A♦7♦6♠3♣
The J♣10♣2♦3♠K♣ saw Chidwick make kings and deuces to eliminate Keijzer and pick up a bounty.
Meanwhile, after doubling Rast on the money bubble, Koon would score a double of his own before ultimately falling in sixth place. All this action meant that Rast found himself in the lead, but succumbed after a double from Dam who sent him to the rail in fifth.
The topsy-turvy match now saw Biao as the short stack, with Dam eliminating him in fourth before Dam sent Dylan Linde to the rail in third.
Chidwick had manoeuvred himself to heads-up but sat with just six big blinds to the 49 of Dam. There was a brief hint of a comeback, but ultimately he fell short, as the Brit settled for $179,000 and Dam took home $250,000 and seven bounties for a total prize of $530,000.
