The new partnership between EveryMatrix and ArenaCasino replaces the existing systems with a sophisticated technology stack designed to seamlessly merge ArenaCasino’s extensive land-based and digital operations. The collaboration introduces a unified platform that enhances the customer journey across more than 160 physical locations and its digital counterparts, with plans to expand up to 400 locations in the next two years. ArenaCasino, renowned for its strong local presence, aims to leverage this technology to solidify its position as the leading gaming and betting brand in Croatia.
The key feature of this partnership is the deployment of EveryMatrix’s omnichannel technology, which for the first time integrates services like Self-Service Betting Terminals (SSBTs), Over the Counter services, and digital Odds Wall displays. These technologies are part of a larger rollout, which includes EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine and OddsMatrix, aimed at propelling ArenaCasino’s growth in the online casino and sportsbook sectors. Additionally, a new single wallet system has been introduced across all channels, significantly enhancing user convenience and engagement.
Enhancements and future plans:
Following EveryMatrix’s strategic acquisition of Leapbit, a notable developer of sports betting retail software, significant enhancements have been made to the retail offerings. These enhancements include an increase in live betting options, the introduction of thousands more markets, and the addition of customer-facing features like Cash Out and BetBuilder. These features are expected to transform ArenaCasino’s retail locations, providing a richer and more engaging customer experience.
