The three-star receiver from League City (Texas) Clear Springs has been committed to Arizona since July but on Friday morning, Florida offered and now he’s already scheduled a visit. Tounkara will be in Gainesville for the Ole Miss game in late November.
“It most definitely does (change things),” Tounkara said of the Florida offer.
