IPL latest news 2024: Match Summary
Form is a fragile thing in T20 cricket. After the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the Rajasthan Royals (RR) became the second team to demonstrate this in the IPL.
RR has now lost four consecutive games after winning five in a row. Furthermore, jeopardizing their prospects of finishing in the top two.
The most recent setback occurred in Guwahati, where Sam Curran and the rest of the Punjab Kings (PBKS) bowlers combined to restrict RR to 144.
Curran, who had taken 2 for 31 with the ball, then led PBKS’ drive with the bat, scoring 63* and completing the chase with seven balls and five wickets remaining. Despite arriving at No. 5, PBKS fell to 48 for 4 after eight overs.
