Jin Bei Palace Hotel
The venue for the festival is the five-star luxury Jin Bei Palace Hotel, nestled in the main area of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Sihanoukville, also known as “Kampong Som”, is a province in southwest Cambodia known for its beaches, tropical islands and the mangrove jungles of Ream National Park.

What is Short Deck?
Short deck poker, also known as Six Plus Hold’em, is a variant of traditional Texas Hold’em with a smaller deck. In short deck poker, all cards lower than 6 are removed, leaving a 36-card deck.
This alteration significantly changes the game dynamics, as lower-ranking hands become more valuable and the probabilities of hitting certain hands shift.
Commonly played in high-stakes cash games and tournaments, short deck poker requires players to adjust their strategies, with a focus on aggressive play and adaptability due to the increased frequency of strong hands.
