The casino and resort The Venetian Las Vegas has announced the launch of its new loyalty program, named Venetian Rewards, which will take effect in March. This program will replace the existing Grazie Rewards, as stated in an official press release.
According to representatives from The Venetian, Venetian Rewards will be based on Tier Points, which guests can accumulate through gaming in the casino, as well as by utilizing accommodation, dining, entertainment, retail, and spa services. Each level of the program offers exclusive benefits, varying with the number of points accumulated.
The tiers of the program are named after precious gemstones: Jade, Sapphire, Ruby, and Diamond. Each ascending tier offers increased benefits, such as slot multipliers, complimentary late checkout, parking, and suite upgrades. The higher tiers, Ruby and Diamond, provide even more exclusive perks like suite upgrades, complimentary nights, priority access to resort amenities, complimentary valet, and credits for airfare, golf, or Canyon Ranch spa + fitness.
Venetian Rewards benefits
As per the release, members will receive 2 Rewards Points for every $1 spent on hotel, dining, entertainment, retail, and spa services; 1 Rewards Point for every $4 wagered on reel slots; 1 Rewards Point for every $10 wagered on video poker; and 2 Rewards Points based on the average bet and duration of play on specific table games.
Danny Ruiz, the Chief Gaming Officer of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, stated that the program is the “the richest slot loyalty program on the Strip“.
“We’ve made the slot earnings calculation more transparent, which is what all gamers want. On top of that, we’ve expanded ways to earn points, which will allow our guests to elevate to higher tiers and greater benefits more quickly,” Ruiz said.
Joining the program will be free of charge and will start in conjunction with the launch of Venetian Reward. Guests will be able to sign up while visiting the resort, by phone, or when booking online.
