The Master Classics of Poker (MCOP) has been a must-play live poker event ever since it first ran in 2000. Apart from in 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic saw live poker events canceled globally, the MCOP has run in Amsterdam annually, attracting players from far and wide to its fantastically run tournaments. The 2023 MCOP is scheduled to run from November 10 through November 18, including a €3,000 buy-in Main Event, which you can win your way into from only €2 online at Bet365 Poker.
There are several €150 buy-in Master Classics Day 1 satellites running every day a Bet365 Poker. Each concludes when only one player remains or the completion of the 17th eight-minute level, whichever comes first. Surviving players take their stacks through to next available Day 2, on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. UK time. These Day 2s are where one or two MCOP 2023 Main Event packages worth €4,500 are guaranteed to be won.
Each package awards its delighted winner a €3,000 seat for the MCOP Main Event plus €1,500 paid into their Bet365 Poker account for travel and accommodation expenses.

Julien Sitbon of France is the reigning champion. The Frenchman came out on top of a 498-strong crowd in 2022, turning €3,000 into a cool €237,808. It is highly likely that Sitbon will head to Amsterdam in an attempt to become the tournament’s first-ever two-time champion.
