This Sunday — Oct. 8 — across the PokerStars US platforms, the cost of entering all of the five Sunday Major poker tournaments is dropping in half.
Half Price Sunday is an excellent way for those who want to play for juicy prize pools without spending much to get in on the action. The tournaments take place at PokerStars Pennsylvania, along with the Michigan and New Jersey shared liquidity platform.
Half Price Sunday Details
Half Price Sunday encompasses ten total tournaments — five on each PokerStars platform — and begins at 4 p.m. ET. The festivities kick off with the $15 Sunday Warm-Up, a $6,000 guaranteed no-limit hold’em event ($4,000 in Pennsylvania).
In each tournament, the guarantee is a bit higher on the shared liquidity platform compared to PA. Second up is the $50 Sunday Special at 6 p.m., and then the $5 Mini Sunday Special, the cheapest tournament of them all, but still a great way to build a bankroll with a deep run.
The $250 Sunday High Roller, which starts at 7 p.m. is the highlight of the day and gives players an opportunity to turn a small amount into thousands of dollars. Full schedules for MI, NJ, and PA are below.
